Refund Policy

 

  • For Prepaid Orders:  The refund for the prepaid orders is processed within 7 working days after receiving your order and Quality Check process. The refunded amount will be reflected in the respective payment mode.

 

  • For COD ( Cash on Delivery) Orders: The refund for the COD order is processed within 15 working days after receiving your order and Quality Check process. The refunded amount will be reflected in your selected mode of payment (Gpay account/UPI ID).

We assure you that all the products have gone through a thorough inspection and have been handled with care until they are packed. Our delivery team also makes sure that the products are delivered to your doorstep with utmost care.

WHEN ARE PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND POLICY?

Coralbells doesn’t accept returns/ exchange of products that fall under the below-mentioned categories:

  • Worn products
  • Products that look washed.
  • Products with missing tags.
  • Soiled/ stained products.
  • Products that emit perfume/ lotion fragrance or body odour
  • Products cannot be accepted for return without their original packaging.
  • Products that you buy on clearance sale are not eligible for return irrespective of whether you dislike the color, style, quality, or size.
  • Coralbells often provides exciting offers and products bought using seasonal offers, promotional offers, coupon codes, and other special offers that cannot be exchanged unless they are faulty/ damaged.
  • A said product can be exchanged only once. Thus, exchanged products are not eligible for returns or refunds.

It is important to understand that the above-mentioned products are not eligible for return/exchange and will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

PROCESS OF RETURN/ EXCHANGE?

If your product(s) meets the above policies of Coralbells, then they are eligible for return/ exchange, and here is how to do it:

Products can be returned/ exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

You can also Whatsapp us at  (Whatsapp only) and get the help of our customer care to return/exchange your products.

The email subject should contain the order ID for reference and attach a few images of the product to understand your issue further.

Once the return/exchange is initiated, a courier agent will pick up the product within 48 hours.

Customers should kindly note that picking up of product doesn’t guarantee that the return/ exchange is approved.

Our examination team will go through the products first before approving your request for return/exchange within the next 4-7 business days. Therefore, it is imperative that you:

Properly fold and pack the product as received.

Ensure that all the tags are attached.

Attach the original invoice and pack with the original packaging to avoid any discrepancies.

 

CANCELLATION AND REIMBURSEMENT

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement by contacting the with  the reason of cancellation.

Coralbells has all the rights to cancel orders in case of unforeseen circumstances such as product out of stock, default in receivable of payment, etc.
